Le Testament du Président fondateur et propulseur de la structure.

Après ma mort, ma destitution pour faute grave soit par élection démocratique, mon indisponibilité, par un décès naturel ou accidentel toute personne susceptible de me remplacer à la tête de l’association des Expulsés «Espoirs de Cachan Kalifa » doit signer une déclaration et faire un serment, apogée dans le livre d’Or, en jurant sur le courant s’il est musulman ou sur la bible s’il est chrétien… Seuls les membres de ces deux religions peuvent prétendre à la magistrature suprême de notre organisation. Être de nationalité Malienne ou bien de double nationalité.
· Priorité à la nationalité Franco – Malienne,
· Second, avoir la double nationalité ; de l’un des pays de la CDEAO,
· Tirso avoir la nationalité d’un pays ami du Mali dont tous les accords, droits et devoirs sont signés, paraphés, promulgués et approuvés par l’assemblée Nationale doit enfin être signé en quatre (4) exemplaires légalisés à la mairie et déposé :
§ Au siège de l’association (la présidence).
§ Archivé au bureau de l’association.
§ Au gouvernorat.
§ Archivé chez notre notaire.
Pour faire parti du bureau national il faut :
· Être majeur (Avoir 18 ans).
· Être de la nationalité Malienne ou de l’une des différentes Nationalité souhaité par le fondateur et propulseur de la structure et voulu par le bureau exécutif approuvée par l’Assemblée Nationale.
· Être motiver, d’ou une lettre de motivation adressée au bureau exécutif.
· Être parrainé par un ancien membre de l’association EECK qui à au moins deux (2) ans, d’appartenance à la structure.
· Les anciens membres de la structure mère ou de l’une des antennes de l’association EECK qui ont sept (7) ans d’appartenance (expériences) à la structure peuvent briguer la magistrature suprême, sans problème majeur.
· Être à jours de ces cotisations et être engagé pour la cause des démunis, des expulsés ou refoulés, des acteurs potentiels, des migrants, des pauvres, des personnes âgées, des femmes, des handicapés, des orphelins et des enfants.
· Être disponible à tout moment à faire du bien et rien que du bien pour un développement socio-économique et culturel harmonieux pour la population.
· Être actif, dévoué courageux.
· Garder le mot Kalifa en( bambara qui veut dire la chose confier) en guise de rappel pour dire au un et aux autres qu’une Association n’appartienne pas à une seule personne, mais à l’ensemble des sociétaires, en règle des devoirs et obligations, les lois de la structure.
· Être capable de devenir activiste pour défendre la cause des pauvres, l’une des causes les plus nobles de la terre (l’exemple de l’ABBE PIERRE)
· Être solidaire (partager son pain avec les autres) tous cela dans un climat apaisé, apolitique, démocratique et transparent tout en promulguant la bonne gouvernance
· Être amoureux de DIEU et des vies.
